Bitkinin yaln\u0131zca tohumlar\u0131 de\u011fil yapraklar\u0131, saplar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere b\u00fct\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131 yenebiliyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kinoa tohumunda; yakla\u015f\u0131k % 60 karbonhidrat, % 5 ya\u011f ve % 4 lif bulunmaktad\u0131r. Kinoa, lizin d\u00e2hil bir\u00e7ok elzem aminoasitleri; ayr\u0131ca metiyonin ile sistein i\u00e7ermektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kas yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcketmemiz gereken proteinler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kinoa olduk\u00e7a zengin bir besindir. FAO taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve derlemeler, protein i\u00e7eri\u011finin ve kalitesinin di\u011fer tah\u0131llara g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemektedir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Esansiyel doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitlerince zengin olup; kolesterol i\u00e7ermemektedir.
