Vitamin D&#8217;nin temel g\u00f6revi \u00e7ocuklarda b\u00fcy\u00fcyen kemik dokusunun, yeti\u015fkinlerde ise kemi\u011fin yeniden yap\u0131m\u0131 ile mineralizasyonu i\u00e7in gerekli kalsiyum ve fosforu sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Aktif D vitamini, kalsiyum emilimi, kemik mineralizasyonu, kalsiyum ve fosfor dengesi, hormon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131, sinir iletimi ve n\u00f6romusk\u00fcler fonksiyonlarda \u00f6nemli rol oynamaktad\u0131r. D vitamininin temel depolama yeri adipoz yani ya\u011f dokudur. D vitamini metabolizmas\u0131, depolanmas\u0131 ve v\u00fccuttaki etkileri adipoz doku taraf\u0131ndan etkilenmektedir. \u0130nsanlarda oral olarak al\u0131nan D vitamininin % 17\u2019si depolanmakta ve geri kalan\u0131 metabolize edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D V\u0130TAM\u0130N\u0130 \u0130HT\u0130YACINI NASIL KAR\u015eILARIZ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D vitamini ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca kar\u015f\u0131lanma yolu g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla deride sentezlenmesidir. Yap\u0131lan ba\u015fka bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, Tip 2 diyabetlilerde aktif vitamin D d\u00fczeyi diyabetik olmayanlardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu bulunmu\u015ftur. Normal kilolu ki\u015filerde de aktif D vitamini d\u00fczeyi ile ins\u00fclin duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda pozitif ili\u015fki bulunmu\u015ftur. Ba\u015fka bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck aktif D vitamini seviyelerine sahip olan diyabetik hastalar, daha y\u00fcksek glukoz, trigliserid, kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, C-reaktif protein (CRP), bel kal\u00e7a \u00e7evresi seviyelerine sahip ve daha obez bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda, aktif D vitamini seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck d\u00fczeylerde olmas\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015f populasyonlarda metabolik sendrom ve tip 2 diyabet i\u00e7in ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak t\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; D vitamini yetersizli\u011fi, obezite, metabolik sendrom ve tip 2 diyabet i\u00e7in risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr. Obezite, aktif D vitamini seviyeleri daha az olanlarda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck D vitamini seviyesi ile obezite aras\u0131nda pozitif y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir ili\u015fki bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yetersiz veya eksik D vitamini d\u00fczeyleri fiziksel fonksiyon, ya\u011flanma, enerji d\u00fczeyleri, sosyal fonksiyonlar\u0131 etkileyerek ya\u015fam kalitesini azaltabilir.
