Pancar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde en yo\u011fun olarak bulunan biyoaktif bile\u015fenler; 4-hidroksi benzoik asit, sinamik asit, vanilik, trans ferulikkafeik asittir. Bahsi ge\u00e7en fenolik bile\u015fiklerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, pancar\u0131n flavonoid, polifenol ve organik asit i\u00e7eriklerinin de sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa fayda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Pancar, i\u00e7erdi\u011fi nitrat ve betalain sayesinde spor performans\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirici etkileri de g\u00f6zlemlendikten sonra \u00f6zellikle sporcu beslenmesinde \u00f6nemli bir ergojenik yard\u0131mc\u0131 olarak ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ettirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Nitrat v\u00fccuda al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda nitrik oksitemetabolize edilir ve nitrik oksitin \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile nitrik oksitin kas kontraksiyonu, mitokondriyal solunum ve kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere egzersiz ve toparlanma ile ilgili bir\u00e7ok fizyolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6nemli rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Pancar, ortalama 2,5 g\/kg i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile nitrattan en zengin besinler aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.
