D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda prevalans\u0131n %11.2 oldu\u011funu; en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck prevalans\u0131n G\u00fcney Asya\u2019da (%7), en y\u00fcksek prevalans\u0131n ise G\u00fcney Amerika\u2019da (%25) oldu\u011fu saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ibs-nin-klinik-bulgulari\"><strong>\u0130BS\u2019nin Klinik Bulgular\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BS\u2019nin hayat kalitesini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkileyen kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya kar\u0131nda rahats\u0131zl\u0131k hissi, ishal, kab\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u015fi\u015fkinlik gibi bir\u00e7ok semptomu bulunmaktad\u0131r. Hayat kalitesini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkileyen t\u00fcm bu semptomlar bireyin beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u015fiddetlenebilmekte veya hafifleyebilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca stresin veya duygusal gerilimin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan\/\u015fiddeti artan ishal ve konstipasyon gibi defekasyon al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile de seyredebilmektedir. Bir\u00e7ok sebep ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclmesine ra\u011fmen \u0130BS\u2019nin tam olarak nedeni bilinmemektedir. Ancak, ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u0130BS patogenezinde \u00f6nemli rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. Bu, ba\u011f\u0131rsak enfeksiyonu veya antibiyotik tedavisi sonras\u0131nda \u0130BS\u2019nin daha s\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011finden anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. &nbsp;Semptomlar genellikle d\u00fczensiz olup, arada haftalarca semptomsuz d\u00f6nemler olabilir. En \u00e7ok rahats\u0131z olduklar\u0131 belirtiler acil d\u0131\u015fk\u0131lama hissi, \u015fi\u015fkinlik ve d\u0131\u015fk\u0131lama say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ibs-de-beslenme-tedavisi\"><strong>\u0130BS\u2019de Beslenme Tedavisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BS\u2019de beslenme tedavisinin amac\u0131 yeterli besin al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, spesifik \u0130BS semptomlar\u0131na g\u00f6re diyeti d\u00fczenlemek ve besinlerin semptom y\u00f6netimindeki potansiyel rollerini a\u00e7\u0131klamakt\u0131r. \u0130BS\u2019de beslenme tedavisi semptomlara y\u00f6nelik olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Semptomlarla ili\u015fkili olabilecek besinlerin diyetten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131\/azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Diyare durumunda az posal\u0131, konstipasyon durumunda bol posal\u0131, diyare ve konstipasyonun birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc durumlarda az posal\u0131 diyete ek olarak g\u00fcnl\u00fck 20 gram kepek ilavesi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130BS beslenme tedavisinde yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131, az ve s\u0131k beslenilmelidir. Gaz yap\u0131c\u0131 besinler, gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler, alkol, kafein i\u00e7eren i\u00e7ecekler, ac\u0131 baharatlar t\u00fcketilmemelidir. \u00c7i\u011f sebze-meyve ve s\u00fct hastalarda semptomu art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kontroll\u00fc t\u00fcketilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ibs-de-fodmap-diyeti\"><strong>\u0130BS\u2019 de FODMAP Diyeti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130BS semptomlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli diyet d\u00fczenlemeleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Son d\u00f6nemde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck FODMAP i\u00e7erikli diyetin \u0130BS semptomlar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015fmesinde olumlu etkilerinin oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar mevcuttur. Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck FODMAP diyeti uygulayan diyet grubunda belirgin bir iyile\u015fme g\u00f6zlemlendi\u011fi, en belirgin iyile\u015fmenin \u015fi\u015fkinlik, yorgunluk ve bulant\u0131 semptomlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck FODMAP diyeti; fruktozdan zengin meyve sebzelerin, laktozdan zengin s\u00fct ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin, bu\u011fday ve kurubaklagillerin, yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zel bir diyettir. FODMAP diyetinde bu besinler 4-6 hafta ara ile diyetten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r, \u0130BS \u015fikayetlerinin takibine g\u00f6re diyete tekrar eklenir ve semptomlar takip edilir.
