Yenilenen h\u00fccrelerinin yan\u0131nda, terminal d\u00f6nemini tamamlayan h\u00fccreler ise&nbsp;apoptoza&nbsp;u\u011frayarak yerlerini yeni h\u00fccrelere b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu denge, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir v\u00fccutta genler ile kontrol edilmektedir. Ancak, \u00e7oklu fakt\u00f6rlerin etkisiyle bazen bu denge bozulmakta&nbsp;ve h\u00fccreler kontrols\u00fcz olarak \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. Kanser, kontrols\u00fcz b\u00f6l\u00fcnen anormal h\u00fccrelerin di\u011fer dokular\u0131 da istila&nbsp;edebildi\u011fi durumlar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir terimdir. Kanserin bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 tipi olmakla beraber, kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ilk ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 organ\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanser, son y\u0131llarda, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de en \u00f6nemli toplumsal sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan biridir. D\u00fcnyada \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenleri aras\u0131nda ikinci s\u0131rada yer alan kanserin, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar h\u0131zla artarak birinci s\u0131raya yerle\u015fece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Globocan 2012 verilerine g\u00f6re 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda D\u00fcnya\u2019da toplam 14.1 milyon yeni kanser vakas\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f ve 8.2 milyon kansere ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu \u015fekilde kanser art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n devam etmesi durumunda, D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun art\u0131\u015f\u0131na ve n\u00fcfustaki ya\u015flanmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 19.3 milyon yeni kanser vakas\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanser olu\u015fturan nedenler i\u00e7inde, \u00e7evresel nedenler ve genetik nedenler bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7evresel nedenlerin aras\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rler sigara, t\u00fcketilen yiyecekler, obezite, hormonlar, vir\u00fcsler, fiziksel ve kimyasal ajanlar g\u00f6sterilebilmektedir. Farkl\u0131 kaynaklara g\u00f6re kanserin beslenmeyle ili\u015fkisi %10-70 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fip, ortalama %35\u2019tir. Yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenen, yeterince fiziksel aktivite yapmayan, sedanter ya\u015fayan ya da obez olan bireylerde kanser riski artmaktad\u0131r. Fazla ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerle beslenme tarz\u0131 kolon, uterus, prostat kanserine yakalanma riskini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Fiziksel aktivite yapmayan ve obez olan bireylerde ise meme, kolon, \u00f6zofagus, b\u00f6brek ve uterus kanseri riski artmaktad\u0131r. Besinler kanserden koruyucu \u00f6zellikleri olanlardan kansere yol a\u00e7anlara kadar olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir alana sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanserden korunmada en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biri uygun v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olmakt\u0131r. Ya\u015fa, cinsiyete, boya uygun olacak \u015fekilde uygun a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kta ve ya\u011f oran\u0131 seviyesinde olmak \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca fiziksel aktiviteye \u00f6nem verilmeli s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir egzersiz ile fiziksel aktivite art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beslenme yukar\u0131da da belirtildi\u011fi gibi kanserden korunmada b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda \u00f6nemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Temel \u00f6ncelik yeterli, dengeli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmedir. Bunun i\u00e7in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Yeterli miktarda protein al\u0131nmal\u0131, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et gibi hayvansal protein al\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, kurubaklagil gibi bitkisel proteinlere beslenmede yer verilmelidir. Salam, sosis, sucuk gibi i\u015flenmi\u015f etlerin t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Genel olarak beslenmemizde ya\u011f al\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011flar tercih edilmelidir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda omega-3 ya\u011f asitlerinin kanser olu\u015fma riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tedavi s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelen yan etkileri iyile\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.&nbsp;G\u00fcnl\u00fck besin al\u0131m\u0131na ya\u011fl\u0131 bal\u0131klar, ceviz, semiz otu gibi omega-3 ya\u011f asidi kayna\u011f\u0131 besinler eklenmeli bununla birlikte tereya\u011f\u0131, i\u00e7 ya\u011f\u0131, Hindistan cevizi ya\u011f\u0131 gibi doymu\u015f ya\u011flar\u0131n t\u00fcketimi k\u0131s\u0131tlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Beyaz un, \u015feker gibi basit karbonhidratlar yerine tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler, meyve, sebze gibi kompleks karbonhidratlar t\u00fcketilmelidir. B\u00f6ylece lif al\u0131m\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda vitamin, mineral al\u0131m\u0131 da art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>G\u00fcnde 5 porsiyon sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketilmelidir. Sebze ve meyveler bolca vitamin, mineral ve antioksidan i\u00e7erdi\u011finden v\u00fccudumuzda kansere kar\u015f\u0131 risk olu\u015fturan maddelerin uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.&nbsp;Ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, karnabahar, brokoli, yer f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131, f\u0131nd\u0131k, \u00fcz\u00fcm, so\u011fan, sar\u0131msak, domates gibi besinlere beslenmenizde s\u0131k\u00e7a yer verilmelidir.&nbsp;A, C ve E vitaminlerini antioksidan vitaminlerdir, bunlar\u0131 almak i\u00e7in ye\u015fil ve sar\u0131 sebzeleri, bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerinizde s\u0131k s\u0131k t\u00fcketmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z.
