Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizi kuvvetlendirmek i\u00e7in ve hastal\u0131k durumunda iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fifal\u0131 otlar\u0131n \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketiyoruz. Bu bitkilerden bir tanesi de ada\u00e7ay\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada\u00e7ay\u0131 Lamiaceae (ball\u0131babagiller) denilen bir bitki ailesine aittir. Ada\u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n ait oldu\u011fu Salvia cinsinin yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 \u00e7e\u015fidi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda t\u0131bbi olarak kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcr\u00fc ise Salvia Officinalis\u2019tir. Orta Do\u011fu ve Akdeniz b\u00f6lgelerinde yeti\u015ftirilen Salvia Officinalis Asya ve Latin Amerika\u2019da gut, romatizma, enflamasyon, diyare, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi ve hiperglisemi gibi durumlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131rken; Avrupa\u2019da daha \u00e7ok haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k \u015fikayetlerinde, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleme, bo\u011faz iltihaplar\u0131 ve bili\u015fsel sorunlarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131da bahsedildi\u011fi gibi ada\u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok faydas\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. S\u0131kl\u0131kla grip ve so\u011fuk alg\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi durumlarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bo\u011faz iltihaplar\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bo\u011faz iltihaplar\u0131nda ada\u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n etkisi ekinezya ile birlikte t\u00fcketildi\u011finde daha da artar. Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re ada\u00e7ay\u0131 ve ekinezya i\u00e7eren spreyi 5 g\u00fcn boyunca kullanan bireylerde bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve iltihab\u0131 \u015fikayetlerinin yok oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015f. Ayr\u0131ca ada \u00e7ay\u0131 u\u00e7uk tedavisinde de etkili bir bitkidir. \u00d6zellikle ravent bitkisi ile ada\u00e7ay\u0131 u\u00e7uk \u00fczerine uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu kombinasyonun tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan kremler kadar etkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131lan baz\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re ada \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n kan ya\u011flar\u0131 ve kan \u015fekeri \u00fczerinde de etkilerinin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ada \u00e7ay\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131yla total kolesterol ve k\u00f6t\u00fc kolesterol olarak bilinen LDL kolesterol de azalma, iyi kolesterol olarak bilinen HDL kolesterol d\u00fczeyinde artma ve kan \u015fekeri seviyesinde azalmalar tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n menopoz d\u00f6nemindeki kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131m\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan birtak\u0131m problemlerin giderilmesinde etkilidir. Ada\u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131m\u0131 da g\u00fcndeme gelmektedir.
