Ketojenik diyet, zay\u0131flama amac\u0131yla ba\u015fvurulan ve bu konuda en \u00e7ok sorgulanan diyet modellerinden birisidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketojenik diyet y\u00fcksek ya\u011f ve \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oranda karbonhidrat i\u00e7eren bir diyet modelidir. Ketojenik diyette ama\u00e7, karbonhidrat al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u0131s\u0131tlama yolu ile v\u00fccudu enerji eldesi i\u00e7in v\u00fccut ya\u011flar\u0131na y\u00f6neltmektir. Karbonhidrat yoklu\u011funda v\u00fccut ya\u011flar\u0131 keton cisimcikleri denilen bile\u015fenlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrler. Bu keton cisimcikleri karbonhidrat yoklu\u011funda enerji i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flarlar.
