Bu konuda propolis i\u00e7in neler s\u00f6ylenmektedir buyrun inceleyelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Propolisin sindirimi ve biyoyararlan\u0131m\u0131<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Propolis, zay\u0131f bir biyoyararlan\u0131ma ve absorpsiyona katk\u0131da bulunan, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa sahip karma\u015f\u0131k bir matris i\u00e7inde lipitler, mumlar ve re\u00e7inelerden olu\u015fur. Uygulanan polifenol formu (do\u011fal meyve, meyve suyu veya \u00f6z\u00fct) veya \u00e7ok say\u0131da polifenol\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sinerjistik etkileri destekler ve biyoyararlan\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemli belirleyicileridir. Polifenollerin zay\u0131f biyoyararlan\u0131m\u0131na katk\u0131da bulundu\u011funa inan\u0131lan fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda sindirim dengesizli\u011fi, ba\u011f\u0131rsak h\u00fccrelerinde zay\u0131f transsel\u00fcler s\u0131v\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 metabolizma ve bo\u015falt\u0131m yer al\u0131r. Diyet polifenolleri esterler, polimerler veya glikosile edilmi\u015f formlarda bulundu\u011fundan, emilemezler ve emilmeden \u00f6nce ba\u011f\u0131rsak enzimleri veya kolon mikrofloras\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan hidrolize edilmelidirler. Ba\u011f\u0131rsak sistemindeyken, zay\u0131f bir \u015fekilde emilen polifenolik bile\u015fikler, kolon mikrobiyotas\u0131n\u0131n enzim aktivitesinin yard\u0131m\u0131yla, iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f biyoyararlan\u0131ma sahip daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck fenolik asitlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Mikrobiyota insanlar aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011finden, emilim ve metabolizmadaki bireysellik giderek daha fazla dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Pekipropolis kullan\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcvenli midir?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayvan ve insan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re, propolis iyi tolere edilebilir ve \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda t\u00fcketilmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece non-toksik \u00f6zellik g\u00f6sterir; ancak baz\u0131 insan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda propolis kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkileri de kaydedilmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcketicilerin, \u201cbitkisel\u201d olarak isimlendirdi\u011fi besinler veya besin takviyelerinin olas\u0131 yan etkilerini genelde g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etti\u011fi bilinmektedir; bu nedenle hem sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 etkilerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi ve hem de olas\u0131 yan etkilerin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir aral\u0131kta kullan\u0131m mutlaka t\u00fcketicilere hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayvan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilir al\u0131m dozunun 70 mg\/g\u00fcn oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir; buna ek olarak, toksik etkinin g\u00f6zlendi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131r ise 7,34 g\/kg olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu miktarlara bakarak, besin takviyesi olarak piyasada yer alan propolislerin t\u00fcketim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenli s\u0131n\u0131r aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Pandemi d\u00f6neminde propolis kullan\u0131m\u0131 gerekli midir?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>%50 oran\u0131nda re\u00e7ine, %30 bal mumu, %10 esansiyel ve aromatik ya\u011flar, %5 polen ve %5 mineral madde ve organik kal\u0131nt\u0131larda olu\u015fan propolisin, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde pek \u00e7ok olumlu etkisi bulundu\u011fu saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Propolis, faydalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a zengin bir \u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Antibakteriyel, antiviral, antifungal ve antienflamatuar i\u00e7eri\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 rahats\u0131zl\u0131k i\u00e7in de \u00f6nleyici ve tedavi edici \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulundu\u011fu bilinir. Propoliste yer alan etanol ekstrakt\u0131 (faydal\u0131 bile\u015fenlerin ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak t\u00fcketime haz\u0131r h\u00e2le getirilmesi i\u015flemi) ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Etanol ekstrakt\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda iltihap \u00f6nleyici, antibakteriyel, antiviral, antifungal, antioksidan ve lokalanestezik gibi \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir. Bu nedenle pandemi d\u00f6neminde besin takviyesi olarak \u00f6nerilebilir; ancak doktorunuza dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131z kesinlikle gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Hangi hastal\u0131klarda propolis kullan\u0131m\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131lan hasta raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, dalak kanseri 59 ya\u015f\u0131nda erkek bir hasta tedavi s\u00fcrecini desteklemek amac\u0131yla propolis kullan\u0131yor, hasta k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra akut b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi te\u015fhisi ile tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor ve bir s\u00fcre sonra iyile\u015fiyor. \u0130lk etapta propolis takviyesinden \u015f\u00fcpheleniliyor; ancak net bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylenemiyor. Ayn\u0131 hasta propolis takviyesi kullan\u0131m\u0131na devam ediyor ve ayn\u0131 durum tekrarlan\u0131yor, ne \u015fansl\u0131 ki yeniden tedavi oluyor ve propolis kullan\u0131m\u0131 durduruluyor. Hastada durum bir kez daha g\u00f6zlemlenmiyor. Bu durumu, propolisin i\u00e7eri\u011finde yer alan (CAPE (kafeik asit fenil ester) isimli) bir biyoaktif bile\u015fi\u011fin renal fonksiyonlar\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir maddenin inhibe edilmesini ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 organ fonksiyonunun bozulmas\u0131ndan ileri gelmesi \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Propolisin t\u00fcketimine ba\u011fl\u0131 geli\u015fen yan etkilerden en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcleni hipersensitivitedir. \u00d6zellikle tropikal \u00fcr\u00fcnlere kar\u015f\u0131 bir sensitivite geli\u015fiminin s\u00f6z konusu olabilece\u011fi; hatta alerjik reaksiyonlardan anafilaktik \u015foka kadar ilerleyebilen vakalar bildirilmi\u015ftir.
