Fakat \u015feker t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131n kavramlar\u0131yla birlikte yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmalarda s\u00f6z konusu olabiliyor. \u00d6ncelikle do\u011fal \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi olan besinlerden bahsedelim. S\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, sebzeler, meyveler, tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, kuru baklagiller, kuruyemi\u015fler, bal, pekmez, do\u011fal olarak \u015feker i\u00e7eriyor. Bazen \u015fekersiz beslenme bahanesiyle taze ve kuru meyvelerdeki \u015fekerden de korkup uzakla\u015fan ki\u015filer olabiliyor. Do\u011fal \u015feker i\u00e7eren besinler uygun porsiyonlarda t\u00fcketildi\u011finde insan v\u00fccudu i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 bir tehdit olu\u015fturmaz. &nbsp;Meyveler do\u011fal \u015feker i\u00e7ermesinin yan\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa yararl\u0131 bir\u00e7ok bile\u015fen i\u00e7erdi\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafine \u015fekerler; beyaz \u015feker, esmer \u015feker, y\u00fcksek furuktozlu m\u0131s\u0131r \u015furubu, glikoz \u015furubu gibi bir\u00e7ok i\u015flemden ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u015feker t\u00fcrleridir. Beyaz \u015feker, \u015feker kam\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya \u015feker pancar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flenip \u015feker kristallerinin elde edilmesiyle olu\u015fur.
