Tabii ki tam bu\u011fday veya tam tah\u0131l ekmeklerini se\u00e7mekte fayda var. B\u00f6ylelikle hem daha doyurucu hem de lif bak\u0131m\u0131ndan daha zengin sandvi\u00e7ler yapabilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekme\u011fi se\u00e7tikten sonraki ad\u0131m ise i\u00e7ini doldurmak. Sandvi\u00e7in i\u00e7ine peynir, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, tavuk, k\u00f6fte ya da sebze eklenebilir. Buras\u0131 tamamen hayal g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcze ve damak zevkinize kalm\u0131\u015f. Ayr\u0131ca ekleyece\u011finiz zeytin ezmesi ya da az miktarda zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ile bu lezzeti daha da artt\u0131rabilirsiniz. Yine \u00fczerine ekleyece\u011finiz karabiber, kekik gibi baharatlar ve taze fesle\u011fen, nane gibi otlar hem lezzeti hem i\u015ftah kabartan g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc hem de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 besin \u00f6\u011felerini sandvi\u00e7inizde artt\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tavuk, k\u00f6fte, k\u0131yma, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 da sandvi\u00e7te kullanabilece\u011finiz et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden. Ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tercih ederseniz ya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biraz s\u00fczmeniz gerekebilir. Yine i\u00e7ine domates, salatal\u0131k, ye\u015fillik ekleyebilirsiniz. Hatta isterseniz ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 az\u0131c\u0131k sal\u00e7a ile tavada biraz pi\u015firip ekme\u011finizin i\u00e7ine \u00f6yle de ekleyebilirsiniz. Yaln\u0131z et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7eren sandvi\u00e7inizi zehirlenmemek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok fazla bekletmeden t\u00fcketmekte tabii ki fayda var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki, vejetaryenler ya da sebzeli sandvi\u00e7 t\u00fcketmek isteyenler ne yapabilir?
