Ya da ka\u00e7 kilo verebilirim? Gelin bu konuyu daha yak\u0131ndan ele alal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kilo vermek metabolizmas\u0131n\u0131n mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir; harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z enerji ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z enerjinin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferse kilo vermeye ba\u015flars\u0131n\u0131z. B\u00f6yle bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda beyaz ekmek yerine kepek ekme\u011fi t\u00fcketirsek bu enerji al\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l etkiler?
