Fakat demir eksili\u011fi bulunan ki\u015filer k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ete a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdiklerinde y\u00fcksek ya\u011f i\u00e7eri\u011finden dolay\u0131 kan trigliserid ve kolesterol seviyelerinde art\u0131\u015f meydana gelmektedir. Bu da bir sa\u011fl\u0131k problemini yenerken di\u011ferine neden oluyor. Bu durumun olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in <strong><em>hindi eti<\/em><\/strong> \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir alternatiftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ete oranla doymu\u015f ya\u011f ve kolesterol miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok daha azd\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle sadece demir eksikli\u011fi i\u00e7in kolesterol rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015filerinde tavuk ve bal\u0131ktan s\u0131k\u0131lmamalar\u0131 ad\u0131na hafta da 1-2 g\u00fcn t\u00fcketmeleri \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Hindi eti protein de\u011feri<\/em><\/strong> ayn\u0131 miktar tavuk etine oranla daha fazlad\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de hem <a href=\"\/diyetisyen\/diyet-programlari\/diyabette-nasil-beslenmeliyim\/\">diyabet<\/a>i bulunan ki\u015filerin hem de sporcular\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7ekmektedir. Fazla miktarda triptofan amino asidini i\u00e7ermesi ki\u015filerin duygu durumlar\u0131 \u00fczerine de etki etmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc triptofan v\u00fccutta dopamin yap\u0131m\u0131na kat\u0131lan aminoasittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra B1, B2 ve B3 vitaminleri de hindi etinde bolca bulunur. B3 vitamini (niasin)&#8217;nin k\u00f6t\u00fc kolesterol\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp iyi huylu kolesterol\u00fc artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6nde etkileri oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Bu nedenle g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2-3 gr niasinin kolesterol\u00fc olumlu etkiledi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.
