Pek \u00e7o\u011fumuz yo\u011furdu sadece diyet yaparken t\u00fcketiyoruz. Hemen hemen her zay\u0131flama listesinde bol miktarda yo\u011furt bulunur. Bu nedenle de yo\u011furdun zay\u0131flat\u0131c\u0131 mucizevi etkileri oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr hatta \u2018ya\u011f yak\u0131c\u0131\u2019, \u2018g\u00f6bek eritici\u2019 gibi s\u0131fatlar ile s\u0131k s\u0131k an\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat bu s\u0131fatlar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fu s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil! Tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir mucize yaratmasa da besin de\u011ferinin son derece y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 ve verdi\u011fi tokluk hissi nedeniyle diyet programlar\u0131nda yo\u011furda bolca yer verilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo\u011furdun y\u00fcksek oranda kalsiyum i\u00e7erdi\u011fini biliyoruz. Kalsiyum minerali kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra v\u00fccutta ya\u011f metabolizmas\u0131na da kat\u0131l\u0131r. Bu nedenle zay\u0131flama diyetlerinin kalsiyum i\u00e7eri\u011fine ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Yeterli kalsiyumu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurulan en g\u00fczel besinlerden biri de tabi ki yo\u011furt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein hem yemek esnas\u0131nda hem de yemek sonras\u0131nda toklu\u011fun uzun s\u00fcre devam etmesi i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir besin \u00f6\u011fesidir. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle et i\u00e7ermeyen yemeklerin yan\u0131nda yo\u011furda yer verilmesi men\u00fclerimizin besin de\u011ferini artt\u0131rmakla beraber daha uzun s\u00fcre doygunluk hissi de sa\u011flar. Makarna, b\u00f6rek, mant\u0131 gibi yo\u011fun karbonhidrat i\u00e7eren yemeklerle de, karbonhidrat-protein dengesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in mutlaka bir protein kayna\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in de en g\u00fczel se\u00e7enek yine yo\u011furttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yo\u011furt en g\u00fczel do\u011fal probiyotik kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermente yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fi i\u00e7erdi\u011fi probiyotik bakteriler ba\u011f\u0131rsak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle kab\u0131zl\u0131k ve ishal gibi <a href=\"\/diyetisyen\/diyet-programlari\/diyabette-nasil-beslenmeliyim\/\">ba\u011f\u0131rsak hastal\u0131klar\u0131<\/a> durumlar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi zay\u0131flama ve kilo kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemlidir.
