Fakat hi\u00e7bir salata bununla kalm\u0131yor. \u0130\u00e7erisine eklenen m\u0131s\u0131r, kroton ekmek, patates, bu\u011fday, kinoa, peynirler, et, tavuk, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve soslarla bir tabldot men\u00fc kalorisine ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn! Salatan\u0131n bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yerine ge\u00e7ebilmesi ve ana yemek olarak t\u00fcketilebilmesi i\u00e7in bu besinlerin eklenmesi \u015fart fakat miktarlar\u0131na ve pi\u015firilme y\u00f6ntemlerine dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bol ye\u015fillik, domates, salatal\u0131k, biberler, turp, lahana ve havu\u00e7 salatam\u0131zda rahat\u00e7a kullanabilece\u011fimiz &nbsp;besinlerdir. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ekmek yerine salatam\u0131za patates, m\u0131s\u0131r, bu\u011fday, kinoa gibi tah\u0131l grubu besinler eklenebilir. B\u00f6ylece hem daha renkli hem daha lezzetli hem de besleyici bir salata olu\u015fturmu\u015f oluruz. Fakat bunu yaparken 1 dilim ekmek yerine 1 orta boy patates, 2 yemek ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u0131s\u0131r, 2 yemek ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu\u011fday veya kinoa kullanabilece\u011fimizi unutmamal\u0131y\u0131z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nohut, kuru fasulye, mercimek, meksika fasulyesi, barbunya, b\u00f6r\u00fclce gibi kuru baklagillerin eklendi\u011fi salatalar hem g\u00f6ze hem mideye olduk\u00e7a hitap eden sonu\u00e7lar meydana getiriyor. Protein i\u00e7eri\u011fi de olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek olan kurubaklagilleri de salatam\u0131za eklerken yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 yemek ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tutmak, gereken dengeyi kurmam\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r. Kurubaklagil i\u00e7eren salatalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ayran veya yo\u011furt ile desteklersek hem besin i\u00e7eri\u011fini daha da zenginle\u015ftirmi\u015f hem de salatam\u0131z\u0131n doyuruculu\u011funu artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oluruz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle restoran men\u00fclerinde bulunan salatalar\u0131n olmazsa olmazlar\u0131 tavuk, biftek, peynir ve ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8230; Salatam\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturan akdeniz ye\u015filliklerinin bunlar gibi protein kaynaklar\u0131 ile desteklenmesi doygunluk hissini artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in son derece faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde etli\/tavuklu bir salata ile ge\u00e7irece\u011fimiz bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde, hem t\u00fcketilecek et\/tavuk porsiyonunu k\u0131s\u0131tlam\u0131\u015f oluruz hem de bol ye\u015fillik ve posa t\u00fcketmi\u015f oluruz. Her biri olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131 ya\u011f asitleri i\u00e7erse de zay\u0131flama diyetleri s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda bu besin grubu t\u00fcm masumiyetini yitiriyor ne yaz\u0131k ki! E\u011fer salatam\u0131za bu besinlerden herhangi birini ekleyeceksek salatam\u0131zda kullanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zeytin ya\u011f\u0131ndan fedakarl\u0131k etmemiz gerekmektedir. 2 tatl\u0131 ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 avokado, 10 adet f\u0131nd\u0131k, 10 adet badem, 2 tam ceviz veya 5 adet zeytin 1 tatl\u0131 ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 zeytinya\u011f\u0131 yerine kullan\u0131labilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salatalar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck tuzaklar\u0131 ise soslar\u0131! Sipari\u015f vermeden \u00f6nce i\u00e7erisinde bulunan soslar\u0131 mutlaka inceleyin. Salatalara eklenen pek \u00e7ok sos a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 miktarda ya\u011f i\u00e7erir ve kalori de\u011ferleri olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir. Bu soslar yerine salatan\u0131z\u0131 sossuz isteyip yan\u0131na sirke, zeytin ya\u011f\u0131, limon ve baharat isterseniz, kendi sosunuzu kendi istedi\u011finiz gibi haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f olursunuz.
