Bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tedavisinde \u00f6ncelikle ciddi bir ya\u015fam stili ve beslenme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle <a href=\"\/diyetisyen\/diyet-programlari\/diyabette-nasil-beslenmeliyim\/\"><strong><em>diyabette beslenme<\/em><\/strong><\/a> konusunda hasta bilin\u00e7lendirilerek uygun bir diyet program\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131r, buna ek olarak egzersizlerle desteklenir. Ancak posa i\u00e7eren besinler de kendi i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcr ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmez olarak ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcr posa i\u00e7erenler, diyabet hastalar\u0131n\u0131n tercih etmesi gereken \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir. Bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131; kuru baklagiller, bezelye, yulaf, arpa, elma, havu\u00e7, portakal ve bir k\u0131s\u0131m meyve sebzedir. Bu besinlerin kan \u015fekerini dengeleyici \u00f6zellikleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7erikte yer alan beta glukan maddesi, bu dengeyi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
