Zaman ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e hala diyetinize tam olarak\nuyman\u0131za ve spor program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 devam ettirmenize ra\u011fmen, art\u0131k kilo verememeye\nve tart\u0131da s\u00fcrekli ayn\u0131 rakamlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131n\u0131z. E\u011fer bu senaryo size tan\u0131d\u0131k\ngeliyorsa, diyette duraksama yani plato d\u00f6nemi diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan d\u00f6nemdesiniz\ndemektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diyette duraksama d\u00f6nemi diyet\ns\u00fcrecindeki bir\u00e7ok ki\u015finin ba\u015f\u0131na gelen bir durumdur. Bu durum v\u00fccudun y\u00fcksek\nadaptasyon yetene\u011finden ileri gelmektedir.
